These Terms govern your use of snapdigitals.com and the purchase of digital license keys ("Products"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. What we sell

SnapDigitals is an independent reseller of genuine Microsoft software license keys. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft", "Office", "Windows" and related marks belong to Microsoft. All Products are digital — no physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery terms

• Products are delivered electronically by email immediately after payment is approved — typically within 60 seconds, and always within 24 hours;
• Delivery consists of a 25-character product key and the official Microsoft download link, sent to the email address you provide at checkout;
• Keys are also displayed on-screen on the order confirmation page, and a receipt can be downloaded there;
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address. If a key does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact support@snapdigitals.com and we will resend it.

3. License & activation

Each key's permitted use (platform, number of devices, license term) is stated on the product page before purchase. It is your responsibility to check platform compatibility (e.g., Windows-only keys will not activate on macOS). Keys must be activated through official Microsoft processes.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable digital-goods taxes where required. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund any order suspected of fraud, reselling abuse or chargeback fraud.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not resell keys commercially without a separate agreement with us;
• Do not attempt to circumvent, crack or reverse-engineer activation;
• Do not abuse our support or refund processes.

7. Warranty & liability

We warrant that every key we sell is genuine and will activate on a compatible device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Contact: support@snapdigitals.com.
