Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SnapDigitals ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit snapdigitals.com and purchase digital products ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
- Order information: name, email address, order contents and order number — required to deliver your product key and provide support.
- Payment information: payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number; we retain only a payment reference and the last four digits for receipts.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL, collected via cookies and similar technologies for security and analytics.
- Communications: messages you send to our support email, kept so we can help you and improve our service.
2. How we use your information
- To fulfill orders — email your product key and download link instantly after payment;
- To provide customer and activation support;
- To process refunds and prevent fraudulent orders;
- To send order-related transactional emails (receipts, key delivery). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and every message includes an unsubscribe link;
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies/local-storage entries to keep your cart working. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you grant consent where required by law. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the cart will simply reset.
4. Sharing with processors
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: payment processors, our email delivery provider, and our hosting/analytics providers. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention & security
Order records are retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law (typically 7 years). All traffic is encrypted with TLS; access to order data is restricted to staff who need it for support and accounting.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EU/EEA and CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email support@snapdigitals.com — we respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
9. Contact
